The term "software" in the following can generally be taken to mean all computer based applications and/or games created and or distributed by Rebel Software of Australia inclusive of all add-ons, components and peripheral software.

The terms "You", "I", "My", "Mine" indicate "you" the reader of this document and user of the aforementioned software.

The phrase "Rebel Software" refers to Rebel Software, it's owners, associates and affiliates.

Legal usage

1. I am of legal age to use "Adult Only" software within the country and region in which I shall utilize the aforementioned software (normally 18, sometimes 21 years of age).
2. The use of the aforementioned software is legal in the municipality where I reside, and the laws under which I am governed.
3. I am not currently residing in Australia, Nor have any intentions of using the aforementioned software within Australia, or its provinces.

Modification of software

1. I, nor any associate of mine, shall modify or in any way attempt to re engineer, reverse engineer or "patch" the aforementioned software.
2. I, nor any associate of mine, shall use third party software to "patch" or modify the aforementioned software, Unless prior permission is given in writing by Rebel Software.

1. I, nor any associate of mine, shall copy or use in any way software or images or audio from the aforementioned software, Unless prior permission is given in writing by Rebel Software. (Some exceptions are listed under the copyright document).

Disclosure

1. All details supplied by me are true and correct to the best of my ability, I release Rebel Software from any liability arising from the supply of false or misleading information.

General notices

1. I accept that by registering I grant Rebel Software permission to e-mail me with respect to important information or changes as seen fit by Rebel Software.

Ownership of software

1. This software and all components remains the property of Rebel Software, until such time as an order is placed and full payment as agreed at the time of the order is received by Rebel Software.

Limitation of Liability

1. I grant Rebel Software full indemnity from any liability arising from the use of this software.
2. Rebel Software is not responsible for any damage done or losses incurred whether by error or omission in the design or delivery of this software.

Acceptance of agreement

1. I accept that the down load and use of the aforementioned software implies my acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. I accept that failure to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document, may make me liable for compensatory and punitive damages, and may make me liable for Criminal Prosecution.
3. Any action taken to uphold this agreement will be at my cost and will be presided over in the city and country of origin of the aforementioned software.
